Craig Malley grew up in the north woods lake country of Minnesota. It was here that he developed his strong work ethic as well as his love for nature. He graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a business and finance degree.
Following his desire to create and work with his hands, he left a career in banking for the opportunity to work for a large construction company for five years. After broadening his knowledge base as a project manager on large jobs such as custom homes and apartment complexes, Craig had gained the skills and the contacts to venture out on his own.
Following his entrepreneurial spirit, he formed his own contracting business in 1995 and he has enjoyed making homeowner’s dreams realities in the greater Boulder area ever since. He is personally involved in every project and he is the person you contact at any point during your home project.
You’ll see him personally doing work on the job site because he loves the physical part of his work and demands a quality outcome. In fact, it is his high-quality standards and attention to detail that have his homeowners come back to him again and again. However, his primary role is to oversee and manage the project from the initial bidding process to completion.
An avid outdoorsman, when Craig isn’t working, he can be found skiing, mountain biking, river rafting, camping or just about anything to enjoy the outdoors. He is passionate about protecting the land and nature. This translates to a commitment and consciousness of minimal waste on any job site, as well as on his many outdoor adventures.
After more than 30 years in the business, Craig still enjoys his work and the fulfillment he gets from knowing he has satisfied clients. He is a problem solver and strong relationship builder which helps facilitate a positive job site for the workers and the clients. The vast majority of his business is from referrals, as Craig has never advertised. He takes pride in knowing that his business is solid due to a strong referral base with consistent repeat business.
